Does WVW sell Internationally?
Short Answer: YES!
Long Answer: As of July, 30, 2019, we do not accept automatic International purchases. Please contact us for a shipping quote before purchase! We do offer International shipping, but don't want to over/undercharge our buyers. Any International purchase with free shipping attached with be automatically cancelled and refunded. Thank you!
Does WVW offer discounts?
Generally, we do not. However, we are more than willing to work something out for a bulk order. If more than one item is purchased, any shipping overages WILL be refunded.
Does my item come from a smoke free environment?
Yes! We are a smoke free home.
Does my item from a pet free environment?
No. But our items are pet friendly! What does this mean? All clothing items have been sealed in plastic and stored in totes in a climate controlled environment. Our two hypoallergenic dogs do not touch our merchandise.
Does WVW accept returns?
We value our customers and our integrity as a small business. If you are not happy with your order, PLEASE contact us. We work incredibly hard to ensure our products are well represented in our listings, but mistakes do happen. Contact us and give us the chance to make it right.

Does WVW hold regular business hours?
We are easily accessible during the weekdays between 9am-5pm. If you email us during off hours or on the weekends, you might not hear from us until regular business hours. We won't be able to respond to messages between 11pm-6am EST. Thank you for you understanding.
Does WVW offer gift wrapping/packaging?
We do not offer gift wrapping or packaging. All our jewelry comes in a kraft jewelry box, but we do not offer wrapping services.
What does VINTAGE CONDITION mean?
This means that there may be some flaws! Sometimes we are able to find old items that look brand new and sometimes we find highly collectible items with some small damage. Please look at all photos and item description before purchasing. Feel free to always message us with more questions or photos (Etsy only allows 10 photos) before purchasing. Thank you!
What happens if I no longer want my item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the basis of buyer's remorse. Returning an item that was the "wrong size" or "wrong color" is not accepted in our shop. Please double-check measurements and check with us before measuring if you want to confirm sizing. We understand that businesses like Amazon and Walmart are able to accept returns, but we are a small business and are not able to hold the same policies. Thank you for your support and for understanding.
Help! I put the wrong shipping address in while checking out. How can I get my item?
Firstly, contact us! The best solution is for us to cancel and refund the order and then have you repurchase before the item is shipped.
If we have shipped the item and we get the package returned to us, we will contact you ASAP! You then have one of two options:
Option 1: We can refund you the cost of the item minus the shipping we've spent. For example, you pay $20 for an item that cost us $5 to ship, you will receive $15 back.
Option 2: We can create an additional shipping listing and mail you the item again. For example, you pay $20 for an item that cost us $5 to ship, you will get an additional listing for $6 (to cover fees) for us to ship the item again.
